Happy New Year Guildford Buzz community. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and feel relaxed and settled. This time of year often feels like a whirlwind of activity, even though our bodies and nature call for slowing down and resting.

I’m not always sure about setting goals, intentions, or choosing a word - it can sometimes feel like adding more "DOing" to an already busy season. How about you? I often feel more inspired to focus on these things later in the year.

• Build a supportive network: Connect with like-minded people who share your goals and values.

• Add excitement to your calendar: Schedule something uplifting with your network for January/February to counter the winter lull.
